When purchasing from the Educatable website, you agree that:

  • you are accountable for ensuring that you order the correct product. Please read the information about the resource before purchasing,
  • you enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item once you commit and complete the check-out payment process,
  • prices charged for books and other services (listed on our website) may change at any time,
  • we may adapt or stop services offered (including, but not limited to, books, activities, workshops)
  • all materials and services, including, and without limitation, images, photographs, graphics, logo, texts, software, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, audio, videos and all related Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of Educatable.
  • you agree not to distribute, copy, reproduce, sell, license, rent, modify, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create any works derived from Educatable’s content.
  • we may update these Terms and Conditions and, in accordance with the law, will provide notice of updates and when they will take effect. If you continue to use Educatable’s website and services after any updates take effect, this will act as acceptance of the changes.  If you do not wish to accept any updates to the Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of our website and services and cancel your subscription.
  • you may receive promotional messages and materials from us (via email or any other contact details that you provided to us). If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional material, please contact us via our website.

Educatable takes the privacy and protection of your personal information very seriously. By visiting and using our website, or by using any of the services available to you through Educatable, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy describes Educatable’s practices with respect to Personal Information and Anonymous Information that we collect when you use the our services. This Privacy Policy reflects Educatable’s obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (including the National Privacy Principles) (the Privacy ACT)

We collect and use Personal Information and Anonymous Information from the users of our services. (Personal Information is information that is personally identifiable like names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or phone numbers. Anonymous Information is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not allow the identification of individual people)

  • Educatable will not collect Sensitive Information (racial/ethnic origin, political association, religious/philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union, sexual preferences or practices, or health information) except with explicit consent and only where it is required. We will not use sensitive material for Direct Marketing.

Personal Information will be destroyed after a maximum of 7 years.


As you use the Educatable website, some information may be collected passively, including your Internet protocol (IP) address and the browser you used. We also store a small text file (Cookie) on your computer to store your login information (if any) and your personal preferences for the website.  We may use session Cookies (which once you close your browser they delete automatically) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). Return Policy

Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.
  • If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact Educatable within 5 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
  • If your return request is an error of Educatable we will send the replacement item first and provide a pre-paid postal bag for the return of the incorrect or damaged book. Please retain your proof of purchase.
  • Educatable is under no obligation to provide a refund if you have changed or mind or made an incorrect choice. Please make sure you double check your order.

Educatables mission is to show parents exactly how to help their children thrive in reading, spelling, talking and writing.

We do this by bringing all the research of incredible leaders in the field of literacy together, and combine it with activities and real-world examples, to create easy to understand, straightforward to use, hands-on books to help your child.

For those that prefer to listen and see the activities in action, there will be affordable workshops offered.
